Carmen Kenrich has more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience. She has a diverse background in healthcare, having worked in managed care, healthcare planning, development, and executive recruitment. Carmen has held positions within for profit a nd not for profit hospitals and physician practice management in Washington, D.C.; New York; and Boston. Before joining AMN Healthcare, Merritt Hawkins, Carmen worked with Leaders for Today as the vice president of business development and with Phillips DiPisa, a national C suite executive search firm, for 13 years. Her primary focus in this role was on the physician, CEO, and mid management interim and permanent leadership recruitment. Carmen holds a Certificate of Special Studies in Administration and Management from Harvard University (Massachusetts) and a Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare administration from Ithaca College (New York). She is a member of the Patient and Family Advisory Committee for Beth Israel Lahey Winchester Hospital in Massachusetts and was selected as a 2020 Latino Board Fellow for Latinos for Education. She also serves as the Chair of Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the ACHE Chapter in Massachusetts.
