Nicole Radford
Nicole Radford, FACHE, MS, MT(ASCP), is the director of Laboratory Services at Swedish American, A division of UW Health. She has worked in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, a national reference lab, and has even worked in Sales. Ms. Radford has spoken at multiple national conferences and webinars on various management topics, including D&I. Ms. Radford graduated with her Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University, and with a Master’s of Science in Health Service Administration from the University of St. Francis. She was awarded the Thomas C. Dolan Executive Diversity Scholarship in 2018.
