Founder and CEO of the Terry Performance Group, Inc., a management consulting firm focused on helping companies, organization and individuals achieve outstanding results by improving strategy and implementing the principals of high performance. Over his 25+ year professional career, Mr. Terry has been a Vice President of Marketing and Account Management for AHA Solutions, Inc; Executive Director of the Chicago Innovation Mentors (CIM) a health technology incubator – an innovative collaboration between University of Chicago, Northwestern, University of Illinois and IBIO. Mr. Terry was Co-Founder & SVP at Ocularis Pharma, Inc., and has held various leadership positions at other pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Terry was a publically elected to the Evanston/Skokie District 65 School Board and served as President for two years. He earned a B.S. in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. Mr. Terry is also a Certified High Performance Leadership Coach and the proud father of three children.
