Dr. E.J. Imafidon, DPT, MBA, NHA, FACHE, is the Assistant Vice President of Administration White Plains Hospital, a member of Montefiore Network based in New York City. Dr. Imafidon provides operational leadership, strategic planning for surgical services and other clinical operations services.

Dr. Imafidon has more than 20 years of clinical and healthcare management experience. Dr. Imafidon started his career as a physical therapist at St. Barnabas Hospital Health System (SBH) providing rehabilitation services to underserve population in the Bronx. Dr. Imafidon progressively move on to various operations leadership roles across the continuum of care. Before joining White Plains Hospital, he served as SBH Assistant Vice President of Women’s & Children’s operations advancing healthcare services. He also led several projects, including the construction of a new 50,000sqf Health & Wellness Center, and technology upgrades throughout radiology.

Dr. Imafidon is very involve in building community and serves on the Leadership Council of Bottom Line, an organization helping first-generation students from low-income backgrounds get into college, graduate, and prosper in life. Dr. Imafidon holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Hagan School of Business at Iona College, a Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from New York Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executive and a 2018 ACHE Thomas C. Dolan Executive Diversity Program Scholar.
