Solving Problems with Team Building Skills

I’ve always lived by the motto “many hands make light work.” My organization once had a technical issue, impacting business units; I wanted to figure out how to solve for it. I initiated a Q&A session among my peers, and IT in order to find the hole in our data. The session allowed us to identify, and solve the issue. Approaching an issue by highlighting its value to others will increase the potential for buy-in, to address organizational barriers.
