Frank Hurtarte is senior vice president, Human Resources, Kaiser Permanente Southern California, Health Plan and Hospitals. Mr. Hurtarte is a proven human resource executive and leads results-driven teams in large matrix, multi-state & multi-billion-dollar organizations. He functions as a strategic partner to executives and leaders at all levels. Frank leads in a large matrix national organization of HR leaders responsible for delivering labor relations, employee relations, organizational development, talent management, leadership development, compensation, disability management and M&A solutions for a population of more than 75,000 employees across Southern California Market generating $30 billion in revenue. Frank is proud to be one of the highest-ranking Latinx leader across the Kaiser Permanente program. Frank has a master’s degree in organizational development from the University of San Francisco, and a bachelor’s in management from St. Mary’s College.
