Gina Calder
Gina L. Calder, FACHE, is the administrator, Milford Campus, Yale New Haven Health System/vice president, Bridgeport (Conn.) She joined Bridgeport Hospital in 2009 and has operational, strategic planning and business development responsibility for Milford Campus, a recently acquired 106-bed acute care hospital. As she leads the integration of the new satellite campus, Ms. Calder has secured $120 million in capital to invest in expanding and enhancing clinical services and creating a thriving age-friendly destination hospital. In addition to ensuring high value care, she is committed to mentoring and developing diverse leaders and aspiring leaders. She speaks nationally on service line accomplishments and building high-performing, inclusive leadership teams. Ms. Calder earned her master’s degree in public health from the Yale School of Public Health and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Yale University. She is an inaugural fellow of the Carol Emmott Fellowship and a founding member of the National Association of Health Services Executives Connecticut Chapter. She is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow.
