Jhaymee Wilson-Tynan, MS, MBA, PMP® is an Assistant Vice President, Integration with Atrium Health, with over 17 years of healthcare and financial experience. Her areas of expertise include healthcare strategy management, project portfolio management, and business transformation. She describes her current position and passion:
“I am part of an amazing strategy group at Atrium Health – one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in the United States. My passion is leading organizations to align strategy with execution and achieve positive results and outcomes. I am a thought provoker that specializes in micro-strategy, project portfolio management, and facilitation. For me, it’s all about helping my leadership realize our strategic goals so that we can provide the best care for our patients and their families.”
Prior to joining Atrium Health, Jhaymee was a healthcare consultant and leader with Deloitte Consulting’s Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice. Jhaymee earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from Virginia Tech, a master’s degree in Project Management from the George Washington University, and an M.B.A. in General Management from Emory University.
Jhaymee has received numerous awards and recognitions, including Modern Healthcare’s 2019 Emerging Leader, Becker’s 2018 Healthcare Rising Star Under 40, and ACHE’s 2018 Thomas C. Dolan Executive Diversity Program Scholar. She has served on several boards, including the Greater Charlotte Healthcare Executives Group, the Carolinas Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, and the Historic Belmont Foundation. She also served as the President for the North Carolina Chapter of the National Association of Health Services Executives.
