Multi-Cultural Competence

To develop my own multi-cultural competence, I try to keep an open mind to always look for something new to learn from an experience, an event or a person. I consider myself to be a life-long learner of leadership, emotional intelligence, and simply how I can be a better person. I am an introvert so meeting new people and networking was unnatural and exhausting. By jumping in and doing it more and more, it comes easily now and is very enriching.  When I meet someone whose experience and insights tweaks my interest, I follow up with them and keep in touch by taking a genuine interest in what matters to them.
